Fali Sarkari is a Chartered Accountant by profession and retired as a Senior Partner from Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants, in Mumbai. He has extensive professional and business experience.

Fali is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is a Director on the Board of Godrej Industries Ltd. and Tropicana Enterprises Ltd. He is a Trustee of Soonabai Pirojsha Godrej Foundation and is also associated with several other Public Charitable Trusts.

Fali joined the Board on 13th January, 1998.
